I have been awarded a $60,000 public art commission to embellish the two pedestrian tunnels for the Monroe fairgrounds. This is what I will be dealing with...kinda like walking through a giant culvert so once I get started I will enjoy bringing to life a vibrant, colorful entrance. My idea is to make it similar to walking into one of the display barns inside the fairgrounds. They will be a preview to fun at the fair.
