gouache on paper.  This painting is inspired by the artist Morris Graves.  It is the true story of Oscar, who was sleeping in the field when a combine cut his back legs off.  He was rushed to the vet where they stopped the bleeding, then taken to an animal surgeon where his legs were replaced with prosthetic legs.   He still happily resides with his loving owners.
