Edison Eye Opening

7/17/12

Four Redheads Moulin Rouge
Just wanted to let you all know there is a fun opening this coming Saturday July 21st from 5-9pm at the famous Edison Eye gallery in beautiful downtown Edison.  I am happy to say they used this image for the invitation cover for the invitational show titled "The Permanence of Pattern, What is on Top".   If you've never been to Edison you're in for a treat!  Stop by...

Public Art Commission

7/9/12

What Happened?
I am happy to announce that I have received a $25,000 public art commission from WSAC 1% for the Arts.  It will be here in Everett at the Silver Lake Elementary where I attended the 2nd grade in 1965 when we first moved from Spokane to Everett.  They are gone for the summer so I'm not sure what medium the artwork will be, glass or concrete.  I am looking forward to working on a larger project like this and being at that school will bring back fond memories of my old 2nd grade crush, a boy named Tom Jones!!
